If you initially signed up with ACA Pacific on a COD payment basis, you may use this form to apply for a Credit Account. Terms and conditions apply.

Request for RA (Return Authorisation)

Use this form when returning a faulty or DOA product purchased from ACA Pacific. This form is NOT to be used to request a credit on any purchases. Please refer to the Request for Credit form if seeking a credit.

Required to obtain a credit for returned goods. An accompanying Request for RA may be required.
