QLogic
QLogic Corporation was an American technology company specializing in high-performance networking and storage connectivity solutions. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, QLogic developed a comprehensive portfolio of products, including Fibre Channel adapters, converged network adapters for Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), Ethernet network interface controllers, iSCSI adapters, and application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs)
In June 2016, QLogic was acquired by Cavium, Inc. for approximately $1 billion. Following the acquisition, QLogic operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cavium, which was subsequently acquired by Marvell Technology Group in 2018. As of 2025, QLogic continues to be a part of Marvell’s portfolio, contributing to the company’s offerings in data center and enterprise networking solutions.
